Membership and Publicity (M&P) Committee
The role of M&P is to promote and publicise RSPSoc and undertake any special project work determined by Council. This includes encouraging and promoting membership, ensuring that the services provided to members are appropriate and value for money, and monitoring membership trends and recommending responses. It also includes providing relevant material for this website, providing brochures and publicity/promotional material for the Society, and ensuring that the Society’s promotional material is displayed at various exhibition events throughout the year. M&P also coordinate press releases on the work of the Society and provide a Spokesperson.

Terms of Reference
- To promote and publicise the Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society and undertake any special project work determined by the Council of the Society.
- Promoting membership.
- To ensure that the services provided to members are appropriate and good value for money.
- To provide relevant material for the RSPSoc Web site.
- To monitor and analyse membership trends and recommend actions.
- To provide a transcription service for meetings as determined by Council.
- To provide brochures and publicity/promotional material as requested by Council.
- To identify on an annual basis the events at which promotional material should be displayed and to ensure that display material is available.
- To coordinate press releases on the work of the Society and provide a Spokesperson.
