Get Involved!
The Society encourages members to organise meetings for inclusion in the Technical Programme or identify topics in which they would like to see sessions organised.
The Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society (RSPSoc) supports a large number of technical meetings each year. The Society has limited central resources and so relies on the support of local meeting organisers who are able to operate with a high degree of independence.
If they are to be successful, the organisation of these meetings involves the investment of an appreciable amount of time and effort on behalf of the meeting organiser. However, there are significant benefits for the individual(s) and host organisation(s) concerned. In particular, the meeting serves to enhance the profile of the meeting organiser and his/her institution within the remote sensing and photogrammetry community.
