29th EARSeL Symposium and accompanying events

You are cordially invited to attend the 29th Symposium of EARSeL, the European Association of Remote Sensing Laboratories, which is to be held at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania in Chania, Greece from 15 – 18 June 2009.
Parallel to the Annual Symposium will take place the 2nd EARSeL Workshop on Education and Training , the 4th EARSeL Workshop on Remote Sensing of the Coastal Zone “Coasts and Climate Conflicts”, an excursion with field trip and experimentation in the framework of the Special Interest Group on Thermal Remote Sensing [19.06.09], an excursion with a boat in the framework of the 4th Workshop on Remote Sensing of the Coastal Zone “Coasts and Climate Conflicts” with live experimentation demonstration in situ, a Spotart exhibition in the old traditional Venetian Harbour of Chania [15 – 20.06.09], and many other side events.
The deadline date for abstracts for the Symposium has been extended to 8th December 2008.
