The workshop will be held at Tel-Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel and will bring together scientists, students, decision makers, end users, industries, and commercial companies that are using this key technology.
The focus of the workshop will be on environmental applications based on inter- disciplinary research making use of different data sources. Other IS applications are also welcome.

Student scholarships
A limited number of scholarships for students to attend the workshop will be available. Eligibility: students who will present a paper (oral or poster).
Workshop program
The program of the workshop will include invited and free sessions, field trips, and social events. The workshop will be dedicated to honor Prof. Klaus Itten for his outstanding contribution to the European IS community over the years; a special session devoted to that end will be organized. Two field trips are planned at the end of the workshop: to the Dead Sea and Makhtesh Ramon, Southern Israel.
