New Sensors and Perspectives in Data Policy

12th June, 2008 – 12th June, 2008

Thursday 12th June, 2008, 09.30-16.15

The last 12 months has seen the launch of a number of new satellites and the advent of EO data sources that will need to underpin GMES services pre-Sentinels. This workshop presents an opportunity to consider the merits of these new satellites, their contribution to the expansion of the EO value added services portfolio and whether the data policy meets the breadth of needs of traditional users both commercial and scientific as well as the emerging GMES User.
