European Space Agency (ESA) User Services 2010 to 2015

The European Space Agency (ESA) continuously aims to enhance their user services for Earth Observation (EO) data. In order to meet all potential emerging demands, prioritise them and implement the most urgent services, a questionnaire has been set up. The goal of the questionnaire is to investigate the current appearance and service level of ESA Earth Observation data services and acquire feedback on potential future requirements from the user community.

The questionnaire will take around 30 minutes to be completed and we are asking users to fill it out according to their best knowledge.

In order to facilitate fast evaluation and provide you with the outcome of the results, ESA kindly ask you to fill out their questionnaire online (at the link below).

Privacy issues: Your e-mail address and your data will not be forwarded to anyone else, nor will they be used for any other purpose than evaluating the questionnaire. Once the final report has been released by ESA, a hyperlink will be sent to your e-mail address, where you can download the findings of this study.

Thank you very much in advance for your feedback!
