Announcing NERC Studentships for MSc in Remote Sensing at UCL and a new MSc in Environmental Mapping
The MSc in Remote Sensing at University College London (UCL) once again has five full NERC Studentships for students accepted onto the one year masters course. Any eligible student who has been accepted onto the course may apply for a studentship. We are now accepting applications for the course and for studentships for entry in September 2007.
The Department of Geomatic Engineering is also offering a new MSc course in Environmental Mapping which is integrated into the Geomatic Engineering MSc modular structure so that all students benefit from interaction with other masters students doing GIS, photogrammetry, surveying and hydrographic surveying, and have a wider choice of modules. Students on the new course will also benefit from the wide range of expertise in remote sensing and Earth observation within the University of London.
Information on the structure of the course and procedures for admission can be found on http://www.ge.ucl.ac.uk/courses/msc_taught_degrees. Enquiries can also be made to the Course Tutor, Professor Ian Dowman (idowman@ge.ucl.ac.uk) or the Departmental Administrator, Mark Fairweather (m.fairweather@ge.ucl.ac.uk).
